Shipments and Returns

Here at iplaydressup.com, we charge SingPost rates for our shipping fee. Below are the rates:

• Normal Mail costs SGD$0.00. Yes, it's FREE!

• Registered Mail costs SGD$2.50

You get Free Registered Mail shipping if you spend SGD$60.00 and above per transaction!

All mail packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment. We try our best to mail them out earlier! :)

When we ship your Registered Mail order, we will mail to you the tracking number. To check the status of your registered article with SingPost, use this link.

Items are soft-wrapped in plastic to repel accidental spillage, then put in a large envelope and is glued and taped for maximum secure.

Do note that:

1) We will not be held responsible for lost/damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for Registered Mail.

2) After receiving the item, the onus is on you to take good care of it, and we will not be held responsible if something happens to it.

3) We do not do refunds, returns, or exchanges.
