Terms & Conditions:
1) - We reserve the right to cancel the spree in the event of poor response or unforeseen circumstances.
- No cancellation once your order is placed and payment is made.
- Out of stock items will be refunded.
- We are not responsible if the merchant sends the wrong item(s) over. We will however, ensure that the correct items are ordered.
- We are not responsible if the item(s) turn out defective. We receive, we pack securely, we mail out. Item(s) are all in their original condition.
- We will inform all shoppers on items arrival, and immediately work to despatching them. How fast the items reach us depends on whether we experience any hiccups during the whole process.
- Items ordered must be despatched within 2 weeks of arrival, otherwise they will be confiscated. Therefore, please make the second payment promptly.
- We do not do reservations. First come, first to complete payment, first served. Unpaid orders within 12 hours will be cancelled. This is to respect the other shoppers whom have paid promptly.
- Orders are placed with the merchant in batches. Each batch = USD$200 target is reached. If the current batch is full, your order will be rolled onto the next batch.
- Please complete the order form truthfully and accurately. It will help us a great deal in expediting your order fast and smooth.
- When you opt for Normal Mail, please note that you do this at your own risk. On a brighter note, we have never had a lost package. If you order a few items, you might want to opt for Registered Mail.
- If you order heavy items, or just that you order alot, we can do a meetup. However, please note that meetups are done at our convenience. We will send a communication appropriately should there be one.
- Shipping options are limited to within SINGAPORE only. Only place an order if your delivery address resides within SINGAPORE.
- By placing an order with us, it means you agree to all of the above stated conditions (and the rest below). Please proceed only if you are comfortable with it.
2) USD Exchange Rate used: 1.30
3) How we calculate:
Cost of item(s) (USD) = (Price * Quantity) + (Quantity * Initial Shipping), where Initial Shipping = USD$2.50 (fixed, no refunds).
Therefore,
1st payment : Cost of item(s) (USD) * 1.30
2nd payment : Top-up Initial Shipping (if needed) + Handling Fee + Postage Fee, where Handling Fee = SGD$0.70. Please note that we will NOT refund you any excess in the Initial Shipping fee.
